What are the payment methods you accept?
Le Style Parfait online shop in Kenya accepts the following forms of secure payment:

What do you do with my personal information?
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department; contact us as soon as possible.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.
If you wish to modify an existing order to add or change some items, then there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact our Customer Service Department; contact us and we will modify your order at no extra fee.
Do I need to Create an account before placing an order?
Yes, it is advisable for tracking your order, this is done while placing your order.
How do I Register?
While checking out you will be prompted to create your account by providing an email address and password otherwise you can click “sign in” at the top of our website, then click the “REGISTER” button to enter your information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, We ship orders internationally. Please feel free to use "Special Notes to the Seller" space to add any additional information or instructions.
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number which you will be able to follow the shipping status your your order online through the relevant shipping company. However, we have some special shipping arrangements for countries like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania

How long does it take to ship an order?
Flat Rate Shipping takes approximately 7 to 15 business days to reach the destination countries. However, there may be some delays that are beyond our control, please be patient
Standard Rate Shipping, it takes between 6 to 10 business days in most countries countries. The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 3 to 7 days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping, depending on your location, we use DHL/UPS/IB/TNT and delivery takes about 3 - 7 business days.
Orders are processed pending payment/credit verification and availability of stock. The processing period period takes between 2-5 days depending on the payment method used.

DELIVERY TIME = Processing Time + Shipping Time
What is the Shipping Cost?
The total shipping cost will depend on the following:
- The total weight of the parcel
- The destination country
- The shipment method you choose
