Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 working days after payment. Orders will then take a further 1-3 working days via Express shipping and up to 15 working days via Standard shipping.

All Shipments require a signature on delivery. If nobody is present at the time of delivery, then your parcel will be taken to your local postal depot and a card will be left with re-delivery / collection instructions. Orders are usually only held at the depot for 1 week, so we recommend organizing a re-delivery or collection as soon as possible. Any orders returned to us, for this reason, may incur a re-stocking fee or re-shipment costs.

PS: It would be best to register on our site to keep track of your orders.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We will send you a notification to inform you that your order has been shipped, but you will not be able to track the full journey. This service takes about 15 working days, however, in some countries/circumstances, there are delays beyond our control. For in-depth details regarding standard delivery time & costs.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

UPS, TNT, FedEx, DHL Express Worldwide: Provide a tracking number in which you can follow the journey of your order. These deliver between 3-7 working days depending on the order destination. Please note that this service does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.  Please provide all details e.g. Apartment or house number or company address, street name, postal code, city and country, your telephone number, and email address. You may use the "special notes to the seller" space in the shopping cart to give any other details/instructions regarding your order.  We will contact you if you do not provide this information and this may cause further delays.

Order Delivery Through Agents

Le Style Parfait Kenya has no control over parcels delivered through agents in Kenya.  Le Style Parfait Kenya ships the parcels directly to the agents, who clear the parcels with the customs, pay duties and taxes and then deliver them.  Sometimes there are delays in parcel release, some items are held by the customs which causes delays.

Separate Packages

In other instances, an order may be split into different packages due to: -

- backorder items

- weight restrictions

- Branding of some items or warehouse location

Customs Duties & Tax

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs taxes; by law, we must declare the parcel's contents and true value and you are responsible for paying these charges if any. Duties and taxes vary by country, so we recommend contacting your national customs for more information. However, we would recommend you break down your order and place several orders if your parcels are more than 5kg. eg. 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, that way you may not incur other charges.

Currency Conversion

Our default currency is KES Kenya Shillings, please select your currency at the top menu, however, please note that at checkout, the payment will be processed in KES (Kenya Shillings).  The currency conversion exchange rate at the time of sale depends on your bank's conversion rate.
